Hello, Brockbank Families!

We hope you enjoyed the long weekend and were able to do something fun and relaxing!

Stakeholder’s Survey:   If you have not taken this survey, we hope that you will take the time to fill it out and let us know your celebrations, thoughts, and concerns about our school.   It will close on February 26th. The survey will also be available in Spanish.  We appreciate your participation!

Superintendent’s Meeting:  On Thursday, February 23, Superintendent Nielsen will conduct a meeting, open to the public, where he addresses questions and concerns for our district.  If you have not attended one of these meetings, they are well worth your time.

Spring Pictures:  Friday, February 24th will be the day for our Spring Pictures.  You should have received a money packet for payment.

Kid Power Charitable Activity:  Each year, we are encouraged to have a charitable giving fundraiser.  This year our Kid Power Student Council has decided to raise money for Primary Children’s Hospital.  Kid Power has put together a lunch-time activity where students can participate in different games.  Each game (5 total)  will be 25 cents. This activity will begin Monday, February 27th and will end Friday, March 10th.  We look forward to this fun event that the students have planned!

Kindergarten Enrollment:  On March 15th,  we will be having our enrollment day for Kindergarten for the 2017-18 school year.  This is an important day to get a good estimate of how many children will be coming to Kindergarten.  Please spread the word!

Please keep collecting those Box Tops!  They are a huge help to our school!

Mrs. Nelson
