We had a great week celebrating Brockbank's 64th Birthday! It was awesome that Bucky could come each day. Friday was Brockbank Spirit Day, room parents brought in yummy treats. It was also popcorn Friday so Bucky helped hand out popcorn to the students. It was a fun day!

Dealing with concerning behaviors can be difficult for parents of children with disabilities. Many parents struggle knowing how to truly validate or connect with their child during a crisis without first resorting to some kind of negative consequence or punishment.

Join us to learn life-changing parenting techniques that will show you how you can emotionally connect with your child all while teaching them appropriate behaviors.

Thursday, January 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Register to attend via Zoom https://bit.ly/NSDEMOTION

We Love Our Principal

Submitted by brenda.johnson on Fri, 01/06/2023 - 15:47

Our favorite principal, Mr. Nate Holt, was awarded the Rural Principal of the Year! The school district defines it as “a principal of a rural school who has made significant improvements to overcome the special challenges given the remote nature and size of the school.” We are super proud of him! He's done, and continues to do, amazing things for the students and faculty at Brockbank! We asked the staff to write something they appreciate or admire about Mr. Holt. The following are just a few of the responses:
