Hello, Brockbank Families!
We are looking forward to a great week, here at Brockbank! There are plenty of good things going on, such as field trips and activities that our students are looking forward to! Remember to always check the website for details of upcoming events!
I'm so proud of our Debate students and how they represented our school at the district tournament! They walked away with many great awards and honors! Thanks to Mrs. Peterson, Mr. Hunt, and Mrs. Bryson for all their hard work with our students!
Cafe' Zupas School Night is Tuesday, March 29 from 5-9 pm. Brockbank gets 25% of all sales that evening, so take a night off cooking and help Brockbank earn money! This will be our last one this year!
Friday, Brockbank will be having our special "Buddy Bench" Ribbon Cutting at 2:00 pm! We appreciate all the support we have received for these benches. The Buddy Benches are a place for students to go when they are feeling alone. When other students see them sitting on the bench, they can go and help them have a friend. Everyone is invited! We look forward to this special event!

Friday, March 11, Brockbank kindergarten students held their, "bring your Teddy Bear to school day". Students had the opportunity to bring their favorite teddy bear or other stuffed animal to school to spend the day in class learning and playing with them. When it was time for the students to go home, the teddy bears got to stay and have a slumber party at school. The next day when the students came to school they found out that their animals had made a mess in their classroom.
Friday, March 11, Brockbank Elementary held "Dads and Donuts", hosted by the PTA to kick-off the annual spring book fair. Students, along with their dads, moms, grandparents, or other special family members were able to come and browse for books through the book fair and then enjoy a donut. Thank you to the PTA for sponsoring this fun morning!
The book fair will run the week of March 14 -17 before school, during lunch, and after school and all evening Thursday night during SEP conferences.
