Hello, Brockbank Families!

October is such a busy, exciting month! There are many things going on and we look forward to each one of them!

Thanks for sending in all your Box Tops!  They help our school so much and we appreciate Lisa Dunn and Brandy Mascher for motivating the students to bring them in!

Former Students Visit Brockbank

Submitted by brenda.johnson on
September 28, 1992, Mrs. Janice Nelson's third grade class buried a time capsule to be opened 25 years later. Student teacher at the time, Stephanie Richards was over the activity. The problem is no one expected that during the past 25 years changes would be made to the outside of the school and where the time capsule was buried is now a sidewalk. Custodian, Alan Clark tried to locate the time capsule with no luck.  We apologize to the students from the 1992 third class that we couldn't open their time capsule as planned but a nice ceremony was held..

Brockbank Time Capsule

Submitted by brenda.johnson on

We are sorry to announce that we have not been able to locate the time capsule buried on Sept. 28, 1992. We have dug and dug. 25 years is a long time and things have changed here at Brockbank. We are still trying to find it but are having no luck in finding it. We apologize to the 3rd grade class of 1992. If you would still like to come tomorrow we are planning on having a small celebration.
