Life in Future Training

Submitted by brenda.johnson on
Friday, September 16, we had our first BFF lesson, BFF stands for Brockbank Friends and Family! We had a lesson on the L.I.F.T (Life in Future Training) process. Learn a skill, Set a goal, Do the reps, Track your progress. We had Kayla Labrum (power lifter) come to our school and teach us all about reps. How she had to start small and gradually add more weight and more reps over time. By doing the reps, we can get better the more we practice with any skill we are trying to accomplish.
