Thursday, May 17, Brockbank Elementary held graduation for all sixth-graders advancing to Junior High School. Family and friends were invited to join the students in a fun evening. To start off students shared their singing talents, after which each student was introduced by their teacher and given his/her diploma. Each of the sixth-graders told the audience a favorite memory from sixth-grade. Many of the students began attending Brockbank in kindergarten, and have many happy and fun experiences at our school.

Brockbank second-graders recently went on a field trip to the Monte L. Bean Museum located at BYU and then to Classic Skating in Orem. Mrs. Ashley McDonald's class for a writing assignment wrote letters on what they saw, and about their experience at the museum.

May 15, Brockbank sixth-graders enjoyed participating in their last Hershey Track Meet as elementary students. Brylee Marziale took 2nd place in the softball throw, she threw the ball 157 feet.  Grace Ethington placed 6th in the 200 meter run and placed 7th in the 100 meter run. All of the students did a great job!

Representatives from the Spanish Fork Library recently came to Brockbank to help motivate the students to read during the summer. They told the students about the summer programs held at the library.  The library's theme is "Dream Big Read!"

Friday, May 11, Mrs. Shelley Thomas' kindergarten class held their end of year program for their parents and grandparents. The theme for their program was, "Ballooning Through the Year". Students sang songs entertaining the audience with what they have learned this year. It was a fun program and the students did an awesome job!

The fifth-grade Hershey Track Meet was held on Tuesday, May 8, at the Spanish Fork High School track. Brockbank fifth-graders enjoyed competing after working hard getting ready for this competition.
