Brockbank Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday!

March 2, Brockbank Elementary celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday by having a school wide read-a-thon where students could silently read any book of their choice. In honor of Dr. Seuss, there was a drawing where students had a chance to win a Dr. Seuss book and by each door there is a poem in Dr. Seuss rhyme. For example, by the office for Principal Alison Hansen, there is a poem that says, "Our Principal Hansen is so reliable. Her concern for our students is really undeniable!" Celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday is a great way to get students motivated and excited to read!
