•     Whereas, the vision, dedication, and determination of a school principal provides the stable force behind schools;
•     Whereas, principals have many roles in the education of their students and are entrusted with the dedication and development of young people; and,
•     Whereas, we recognize the outstanding elementary, middle level, and high school principals who have succeeded in providing high-quality learning opportunities for students;
•     Now, therefore, I, Gary R. Herbert, Governor of the great State of Utah, do hereby declare October 2020, as
