Brockbank Staff Spotlight!

This weeks spotlights are Mrs. Louise Crook and Mrs. Jill Galloway. Mrs. Louise Crook is a second grade teacher. She and her husband live in Spanish Fork and have three daughters and one son. Louise likes reading, riding bikes, traveling, watching her kids play soccer and dance, doing things with her family, and teaching children. Some of her favorites are the color sky blue, Brisa de Mora Negra (a speciality drink from Los Hermanos), Andes Mints, Caramello, the movie, "The Wedding Planner", loves down-feathered pillows, and eating at Carrabba's or Sweet Tomatoes. Her favorite sport is volleyball and she likes the BYU Men's Volleyball Team. Lousie's favorite vacation destination is to Hawaii (sounds like a good place to be right now)! Something Louise said no one knows about her is that she had an identical twin. She also said she is an aunt to 32 nieces and nephews and a great-aunt to 23 nieces and nephews (Wow!). Louise is currently teaching her third year at Brockbank, she taught fourth-grade for one year and this is her second year teaching second-grade. Louise is a great teacher and her students love her! Mrs. Jill Galloway is a lunch lady at Brockbank. She and her husband live in Santaquin and have two sons and one daughter. Jill likes quilting and camping with her family. Some of her favorites are the color red, Starburst, Snickers, pizza, Chinese food, country western singer - Alan Jackson, the book, "Little House on the Prairie", movies, "8 Seconds" and "Pure Country", and eating at Sizzler. Jill would like to go on vacation to Cabo, San Lucas! Something she said no one knows about her is that she was born 3 months premature and only weighed 3 pounds! This is Jill's first year at Brockbank. Before coming to Brockbank she worked part-time at Macey's. Jill is an important part of our staff, she helps get lunch ready for the students and serves them! We are very glad to have her here at Brockbank!
