Hello, Brockbank Families!
Fall is quickly falling upon us! The mountains are beautiful this time of year and I hope you and your family are able to take a drive to see the changing colors of the leaves! I have happy memories of coming to school at Brockbank this time of year and bringing my teacher leaves that had changed colors!
With the change of weather in mind, please make sure your children have jackets and any other weather gear they may need!
Just a reminder that Wed., Sept. 16 will be a half day for the students. This is a day where the teachers will be given important training. Bus students will be dismissed at 11:30. The rest of the students will be dismissed at 12:00
I appreciate your help and cooperation with the new drop off/pick up zone! I know it has been an adjustment but it has helped to keep our children safe in the bus zone and parking area. PLEASE remember, if you want to park in the parking stalls, you are more than welcome to come into the parking lot. We will move the cones for you, just let us know that you are parking IN A STALL and getting out of your car to pick up your child. Also, with colder weather on its way, there will most likely be more cars coming for pick up! Please keep 300 West moving. Please pull forward so that other cars can come up behind and wait. We don't want cars trying to pull into tight spots. The more we can keep that flow of cars moving, the safer it will be. Thanks so much!
We also have had a few problems with parents calling to take their children our of school right before the bell rings. It is hard to find the students if they are already in the bus line, or if they have been dismissed. If you need to take your children out close to the end of the day, please try to call before 2:30.
We appreciate all the PTA parent volunteers that signed up to help with our classrooms! Your help is so vital to our children! It's not too late to sign-up if you didn't get a chance!
Thanks for all you do! The children here are the best! I have loved working with them and seeing the great things that they are doing with their wonderful teachers! If you have questions or concerns, please let us know!

Wed. Sept. 16th--District Minimal Day-Bus students will be dismissed at 11:30, the rest of the students will be dismissed at12:00.

Fri. Sept. 25th--6th Gr. Battle of the Greek Gods!
Tues. Sept. 29th--Brockbank Family Night at Zuppas! Zuppas will give 25% of your entire order to Brockbank! Put this night on your calendar! Thanks to Zuppas!
