Mr. Loreen's class performed a play called "The Little Old Lady, Who Was Not Afraid of Anything". Each person had their own part.  It took us about a month to get ready and we all had so much fun performing it. The little old lady and the little old man switched off to take turns. We enjoyed everything about it. Some people had big parts and some had small parts.

Veterans Visit Brockbank

Friday, November 9, Brockbank Elementary had some very special visitors come to our school to honor Veteran's Day. We are so proud of all of our veterans and enjoy having them come and talk to us each year. This year Brockbank students welcomed the veterans to our school by lining the hallways, waving American Flags and giving them high fives, while fifth grade students sang. The veterans introduced themselves to the students and showed a slide show presentation.

SFHS Athletes Encourage Brockbank Students to Stand Up Against Bullying

Submitted by brenda.johnson on

Friday, November 2, several Spanish Fork High School athletes came to Brockbank for an anti-bullying / spirit assembly to wrap up our Red Ribbon Week.  They encouraged the students to "Stand Up against Bullying". They did fun activities involving the students to help teach them how to stand up against bullying and what they should do if they feel they are being bullied.  They left a strong message that bullying is not "cool".
