Hello, Brockbank Families!

We hope that you are enjoying the beautiful Fall weather.  Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately.  Students will be going outside unless it is rainy, too snowy or poor air quality.

Wax Museum: We are excited to see our 5th grade students as they come in character for our Wax Museum.  It will be at 12:30 and at 6:30.  The fifth grade students have worked hard and we are very proud of them!

Brockbank Fifth Grade Students Enjoy D.A.R.E.

Submitted by brenda.johnson on

Brockbank fifth-grade students as part of their D.A.R.E. program taught by Officer Bryan DeWitt have been learning several lessons about drugs and ways to avoid the many influences in their lives that might lead them down dangerous paths. One of the fun activities fifth-graders got to do was to see Officer DeWitt's patrol car and see all the equipment that he uses to do his job. He showed them how some of it works and how he uses it in his job. Students have really learned a lot this year and are looking forward to graduating from D.A.R.E.

Brockbank Third Grade Students Receive Dictionaries

Submitted by brenda.johnson on

Brockbank third graders were thrilled to receive dictionaries donated by Central Bank. Mr. Glen Roach, is a part of the Spanish Fork Rotary Club who has a goal of placing a dictionary in the hands of every third grade student. Each student put his/her name in the dictionary and is encouraged to use it during classwork and also at home. Mr. Roach has sponsored Brockbank Elementary for several years and we appreciate his continued support of our students. Third graders look forward every year to Mr. Glen Roach's visit and the dictionaries he brings.

Brockbank Students Visit The Red Barn

Submitted by brenda.johnson on

Recently students in Mrs. Wendy Dimond's class went on a field trip to Rowley's Red Barn. There they got to ride a wagon over to the pumpkin patch, where they went down slides, rode tractors, climbed haystacks, and went through an apple crate maze. Each student got a donut and a coloring book. Everyone had a great time!
