Many lucky teachers received grants this month from the Nebo Education Foundation that met this month to discuss educational grants for students in Nebo School District. One of the goals of the foundation is to fund worthwhile projects in the district that provide resources to enrich student learning. The Nebo Education Foundation functions through generous donations made by individuals and businesses.

Congratulations to Wendy Dimond!

Brockbank Elementary – Wendy Dimond
Wendy Dimond, kindergarten teacher at Brockbank Elementary, said, “I  am so excited to be awarded a grant to purchase the Early Social Behavior books for my class and the other two Transitional Kindergarten classes in the district. My students are always working on social behaviors, and this set of books is the perfect set to teach different social skills. There are eleven books in the set, and each one addresses a different subject. They are fun books to read and teach from. I will use these books for years to come helping many students to grow and learn. They will never go out of style and will always be useful in each of our classrooms. Thank you again so very much!!!  YAY!!!”
