Hello, Brockbank Families!
I feel like we had a taste of Spring this weekend, only to be reminded with today's snow, that it is still winter! The students enjoyed the new snow today, but hopefully it will be a little better this week! Please send your child with warm clothing and coats so we will be prepared for uncertain weather!
We have a busy, unusual week this week! Wednesday is a half day, so our bus students will be dismissed at 11:30 and our walking students will be dismissed at noon. This is a district development day for teacher training. The students will be given lunch and that will begin at 10:15.
Thursday, we have a great opportunity to go see a children's play, "Tales of the Arabian Nights." We will walk over to the Spanish Fork High School and will be there from 12:30 to about 2:15. Because of this play, we are moving lunch up to 11:00 so we can get to the production on time.
You should be receiving an email with the Nebo District's stakeholder's survey. We invite you to take this survey and to let us know what things we are doing well so that we can continue to do them, and to let us know of any concerns you have. Our students will also be taking the survey, here at school. This survey will be available for a few weeks so there will be plenty of time to take it.
Please help your child to bring in at least 10 Boxtops! Those students who bring in 10 Boxtops, glued to a piece of paper, will get a cup of hot chocolate on Friday!
We are sorry to announce that we will no longer have a recycling bin at our school. The company that provides the bin will not be coming this way anymore!
Just a reminder that we will be having Spring pictures taken this Friday. Your child will be bringing home information on that.
