Brockbank's 2014 Staff Member of the Year Was Awarded to Mrs. Martha Heward

Martha Heward is Brockbank School's Staff Member of the Year 2014.  Martha is our ESL technician and works long, tireless hours providing tutoring services for students who are English Language Learners.  Above and beyond that, Marthacommunicates with classroom teachers regularly to coordinate their efforts in behalf of these students.  She never hesitates to rearrange or juggle her schedule to provide translation services for parents whether at SEP Conferences, registration, or the many "on-the-spot" needs that circulate through the school periodically.  Martha sees the potential in her students and they thoroughly enjoy working with her - she can get her students to achieve high levels of learning every day.  Martha is always cheerful and upbeat and is an absolute pleasure to work with.  She is an asset to the Brockbank Staff.  Congratulations, Martha!
