Spanish Fork is hosting the 2015 Wrangler Champions Challenge Rodeo for the second year on Saturday, May 30 at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. To help promote the rodeo and at the same time to encourage students to read, the city is offering a Champions Challenge Reading Contest. Bull fighter, Randy Munns, 2014 Fiesta Days Rodeo Queen, Jessica Ivie, along with city officials came to Brockbank to entertain the students in a fun assembly and get them excited to read and gave them a little background information about rodeos. Students that meet their reading goal for the month of March gets his/her name in a drawing where one student from each grade will receive two tickets to attend the rodeo. Out of those students, 2 lucky students will be drawn to receive not only 2 rodeo tickets but a pair of Justin boots. All of the winners will get to meet real rodeo cowboys!
