Brockbank is happy to spotlight Mrs. Vickie Probst!
Mrs. Vickie Probst is the lunch clerk here at Brockbank. She and her husband live in Lake Shore. They have three daughters, two sons, and 16 beautiful grandkids (12 girls and 4 boys - all under the age of 11 years old). Seven of her granddaughters attend school at Brockbank and love having their grandma here at school. In her spare time Vickie likes to crochet, scrapbook, go camping, but her grandkids are #1. Some of her favorites are the the color lime green (her happy color), Junior Mints, coke, listening to country music, movie - "Beautician and the Beast", books - Outlander Series, and eating at Subway. Her favorite vacation destination is to go to Hawaii. Vickie has been a lunch clerk for about 15 years this is her second year here at Brockbank before coming here she was at Cherry Creek Elementary. Vickie said she loves her job and we are so glad to have her here working with our students!
